Who we are

Cashew.Tools is operated by NMAKI SG PTE LTD, Singapore. These terms govern your use of the service, the board, and the MCP endpoint.

Your account and your team

You are responsible for the people you invite and for the assistants you connect. Owners and admins can remove members and revoke assistant grants at any time.

Assistants acting for you

When you connect an assistant, its actions are attributed to you within the scopes, spaces, and time you approved. Anything an assistant deletes can be restored for thirty days.

Acceptable use, availability, and changes

Final wording for acceptable use, service levels, liability, termination, and governing law will be published here before launch.
