NMAKI SG PTE LTD, Singapore is the controller for account and workspace data processed by Cashew.Tools.
What we store
Your name and email address, the tasks and comments your team creates, attachments you upload, and an audit log of who changed what, through which client, under which grant.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the us-east-1 region. Traffic is proxied by Cloudflare. The subprocessor list and the data processing addendum are published on this site.
Your rights and how to contact us
Access, correction, export, and deletion requests, retention periods, and the contact address for privacy questions will be published here before launch.
Cookies
Only cookies the service needs to function. There is no advertising or third party analytics cookie.
- Session cookie on the auth and app hosts: keeps you signed in.
- cashew_theme on the public pages: remembers a light or dark appearance override while you are signed out. Set when you switch away from the system default, and cleared when you switch back or when you change appearance while signed in, since a signed in override is stored with your account instead.
